HISTORY

When Sean was 5 and his sister was only 6 months years old Klingon pirates raided the science vessel they were serving on and killed his parents. Sean got up and tried to wrestle off a klingon but the klingon took out a blade and sliced his back, leaving a scare. All of those who were left alive was able to call for help. Sean and his sister was taken to a family living in Tycho city. There Sean and his sister Amy grew up.

Sean did not like living with his new family. He did not trust anyone with Amy. As Sean grew up he began to love his new family and thought of them as that, his family. But him and Amy were inseparable. As Sean entered the Academy he would keep in touch with Amy and help her with her school work. Sean went into the Medical arm of the Federation.

After Sean graduated from the academy *with honors* he was put on the Monsoon and was sent to the front lines of the Dominion War. While there the Monsoon was dispatched to help with a damaged Romulan warbird. Sean went aboard and helped with the medical aspects of things. There he meet, now one of his good friends, Tel'on. He and Tel'on becomes friends and 'wrote' to each other telling of their journeys and encounters.

Once the Dominion War was over with Sean was decommissioned from the Monsoon. He went back to earth where he helped Amy get ready for the academy. She decided to become a doctor just like her big brother. After a month Sean was called on by Starfleet. The USS Liberty had a need for experienced Medical Officers...

Over his time on the USS Liberty, Joe Skye went from CMO to acting XO and adopted a young boy. After his first mission as First Officer, however, he found he wasn't ready to give up Medical. The demands of the boy's education on his time further enclined him to ask for reassignment in a more stable position. He is now CMO for the Velosian Medical Department.
